Yes — Flypark operates 24/7 with staff on site around the clock. If you arrive very early and the gates appear locked, don't panic. We know you're due. Try calling our 0800 number at 3:30am if there's no response earlier.

310 Landing Drive, Mangere — just 2 minutes off Exit 9, SH20. Drive into the yard and our team will meet you. You'll check in, we'll note any existing marks on your vehicle, and then shuttle you to the airport.

Call us on 027 265 4607 as soon as you know you're running late. We'll have a shuttle ready or manage the timing for you. We also have special routes to avoid heavy traffic.

After clearing customs, head to Door 11 (beside McDonald's), turn right, and wait at the footpath. Call 027 265 4607 when you're in position and the shuttle will be with you in a few minutes.

Exit via the Jetstar terminal and walk to the tower area where the designated shuttle zone is — the same spot we dropped you off. Look for the Flypark van. Note: first-time customers sometimes confuse us with Park n Fly vans, so check the branding.

Yes. We operate 24/7 and track evening flights. Call our 0800 number when you've collected your bags. We take about 7 minutes to reach the terminal.

We track your flight. If we see a delay, we'll adjust your car retrieval timing and let you know by SMS. No action needed from you — just call when you've landed.

We aim to have your vehicle ready and waiting 30–60 minutes before your expected arrival. Your car never leaves our yard — you're welcome to photograph your speedometer on arrival to check mileage.

Billing runs from midnight (12:01am) to midnight (12:00am) per calendar day. We don't charge half days. For example: if you drop off at 11am Tuesday and return at 10am Wednesday, that's 2 days.

$25.00 — which is still cheaper than a single day at Auckland Airport itself, and includes free shuttle transfers.

Yes — both indoor (covered) and outdoor (secure compound) options are available. The yard is monitored by 10 CCTV cameras 24/7 and the gates are kept closed overnight.

No. Your vehicle never leaves our yard. We only move it within the compound for parking. The total time we spend in your car during both parking processes is under 2 minutes.

Yes — we offer a reduced long-term storage rate. If you're caught overseas due to border closures or extended travel, our rate is only $5/day. Contact us for arrangements over 6 months.

Yes — there's a $10 additional fee to cover the extra shuttle and processing. Please give us at least 24 hours notice in writing.

If you return early from a booking of 5+ days without 24 hours notice, a $25 fee applies. The credit for unused days (less the fee) will be refunded.

Yes, you can pay on arrival. We prefer online or bank transfer. Note: no cash or American Express.

Log in to your booking manager at flypark.co.nz/portal. Make changes at least 24 hours before your drop-off where possible — our daily reports are printed at 1am.

Yes — basic exterior wash from $25, vacuum $55, full valet from $110 for a standard car. Hand polishing is an additional $30. Larger vehicles, people movers, and extra-dirty cars are quoted separately.

Yes. We'll arrange these and charge you the actual cost incurred plus a $15 service fee per item (to cover staffing, phone calls, and processing). You'll be asked to authorise costs before we proceed.

Yes — services must be booked in. If you arrive without a booking, we cannot guarantee availability in your timeframe.

Yes. Cruise terminal pickup is $60, drop-off to the terminal is $40. Honestly, Uber may be cheaper for the cruise port, but we're happy to help — just let us know.

Your vehicle insurance covers your car as with any car park. We take utmost care but accept no responsibility for incidents outside our yard. We do offer a scratch and dent check-in report for your peace of mind.

No — Flypark and Park n Fly are completely separate businesses. We emphasise this because first-time customers sometimes confuse the two, especially at the terminal pickup zone.
